When our slogan is "A name that means trust", this stems from and derives its strength from a qualified laboratory that has obtained international accreditation according to the requirements of ISO 17025:2017 and is equipped with the latest testing and monitoring devices, testing methods, specifications, and global requirements approved in the field of oil manufacturing and testing by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and international petroleum institutes (API).
The staff responsible for using the testing devices is a qualified staff with long experience and specialization in the requirements and testing methods with their latest versions and updates and all specifications related to oil performance levels and required specifications, and provides the highest levels of expertise and professionalism to keep our oils at the forefront with their quality and accuracy of their results.
Our laboratory participates annually in interlaboratory studies programs organized by international bodies in America and the Netherlands such as the Institute of Interlaboratory Studies (IIS), and we obtain certificates of excellence for its participation in testing samples of engine oils of various grades, hydraulic system oils, gear oils, and various base oil samples.
JOPETROL Lubricants Laboratory
Because we are a national company, our staff participates in the Lubricating Oils Specifications Committee of the Standards and Metrology Organization in updating the specifications of lubricants of all types. The laboratory carefully follows up on all the activities of the departments of the Jordan Lube Oil Manufacturing Company (JOPETROL Lubricants) and the manufacturing and production processes from the first drop of base oil until the last drop of finished oil is filled as follows:
Studying bids for supplying manufacturing inputs of base oils and improver additives; we test and confirm their compliance before delivering them for manufacturing.- Testing samples of oil blends of various types and quantities, and we confirm their compliance with the specifications of international oils before approving their filling.
- Carefully following up on all filling and production lines and conducting periodic examinations during the filling processes.
- Providing after-sales service to analyze used oils and offer technical opinions and recommendations.
