A high Alkaline reserve diesel engine oil, blended from selected highly refined base oils, and an advanced Zinc-free additive package. It provides an outstanding protection against engine wear, and excellent oxidation stability. Its high alkalinity (20 mg KOH/g) and dispersancy power, provides an excellent neutralization power of acidic products of combustion, and alkalinity retention in service, with good dispersion of potential deposit forming materials, which ensures excellent engine cleanliness.
Typical Applications:
Recommended for use in medium and high-speed diesel engines operating on high sulfur distillate fuels. Specially formulated for GM-EMD and GE engines used in locomotives and industrial services, running on fuel with sulfur content up to 1.5%. May be used in Caterpillar diesel engines. Gives an outstanding performance in Detroit Diesel two-stroke diesel engines, operating on high sulfur distillate fuels.
