JOPETROL Heavy Duty Industrial Diesel Engine Oil S 30, 40

A premium quality lubricant of high oxidation stability, that ensures good resistance to viscosity thickening during use. The high BN (20 mg KOH/g) effectively neutralizes the acids generated during combustion, and its detergent/dispersant characteristics keep the engine clean and free from sediments and sludge, providing a high level of protection against corrosion and rusting. The oil possesses good water shedding properties and good gear load carrying capacity.

Typical Applications:

For use in medium-speed diesel engines using blended fuels, with sulfur contents up to 2.5% wt. Also suitable for geared transmissions and other applications requiring SAE 30 or 40 oils.

Performance Levels:

Meets the diesel engine requirements of the API CD Classification. Passes the 11th stage of the FZG gear testing.
