JOPETROL HS-20 30, 40
HS-20 has been formulated from highly refined mineral oils, and selected additives, that provide a high level of thermal stability, detergency, protection against corrosion, and load-carrying properties. These properties result in clean engines under varying operating conditions and a reduction in cylinder bore and piston ring wear.
Typical Application:
HS-20 is intended for use in high-speed diesel engines (including turbocharged engines), using distillate fuel with a sulfur content in the range of 1.00 -1.25 % wt, especially for heavy-duty construction equipment like Caterpillar engines.
Performance Levels:
Gives performance in diesel engines to API service classification CD, Caterpillar Series 3, and MIL L-2104C standards. Gives satisfactory performance against Caterpillar TD-2 specifications.
